At Kikiglitznie, we aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process. Please review our Return Policy below for all the details.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You can return or exchange items if the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
  • Gift cards or promotional items received for free.
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.

3. Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

  • Contact us at info@kikiglitznie.com or call (423) 784-9306 with your order number and reason for the return.
  • We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for shipping the item back.

Step 2: Pack and Ship

  • Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags, manuals, and accessories.
  • Write the RA number clearly on the package.
  • Ship the package to the return address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

4. Refunds

a. Refund Eligibility

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

b. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item:

  • Contact us to initiate the exchange process.
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the replacement item at no additional cost (for domestic orders).

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@kikiglitznie.com or calling (423) 784-9306.
  • Include your order number and photos of the damaged or defective item.
  • We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

7. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled or modified before they are shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, you can initiate a return once it arrives.


8. International Returns

For international customers:

  • Returns must also be initiated within 30 days.
  • Customers are responsible for international return shipping costs, customs fees, and duties, if applicable.
